摘要
本文报道了经颈内动脉灌注顺铂和阿霉素治疗脑肿瘤２７例（胶质瘤２２例，恶性淋巴瘤２例，转移性肿瘤３例）。在疗前和疗后２个月用ＣＴ检查比较肿瘤体积变化。结果：２２例胶质瘤有７例缩小５０～８０％，有效率３１．８３％；２例恶性淋巴瘤分别缩小７６．０７％和４８．９０％；转移性肿瘤２例肿瘤完全消失，另１例缩小６２．６２％。全部患者均无严重视网膜及神经毒性反应。认为颈内动脉灌注顺铂和阿霉素对颅内转移性肿瘤和恶性淋巴瘤疗效满意。
patients were treated by carotis internal arterial infusion of cis platinum and adriamycin.22 of them were glioma,2 of them were malignant lymphoma and 3 of them were brain metastases.CT scan was implemented before chemotherapy and two moths after chemotherapy,in order to observe the change of the tumor.In the glioma group seven tumors size decreased 50～58%,two malignant lymphoma the tumor size decreased 76.07% and 48.9% respectively.Among the cases of the brain metastases,the tumor disappeeared in two cases and reduced to 62.62% in another case.There were no symptome of neurotoxicity and vision decrease in those patients.The result of carotis internal arterial infusion of cis platinum and adriamycin on glioma was not very effective,but was good on brain metastase and malignant lymphoma.
