摘要
本文报告９６例大脑恶性胶质瘤术后经颈动脉注入罂粟碱开放血脑屏障后注入ＢＣＮＵ治疗，而后放疗，放疗后再行化疗。９６例平均生存期１０１．７周，中位生存期１０６周，仍有３６例生存。作者认为罂粟碱开放血脑屏障后化疗简单、安全及有效，且病人痛苦少，费用低，乐于主动接受多次化疗。
Abstract Ninety-six postoperitive malignant cerebral gliomas were treated by intracarotid infusion of papaverine for opening the blood-brain-barrier,and follow by intracarotid infusion of BCNU radiotherapy and the chemotherapy were also used after ward. The mean survial time was 101. 7 weeks with 106 weeks of median survival time in the all patients. Thirty-six patients still living. We considered combination of papaverine and BCNU infusion for treatment of malignant cerebral glioma is simple,sefe and effective.
