摘要
介绍一种胶原罩(collagen shield)制作的新方法。其含水率达62.1%,配戴于兔眼后观察,溶解时间为12小时至24小时,连续配戴30天,取下兔眼角膜进行扫描电镜观察,上皮及内皮的形态结构无异常改变。
The article presents a new way to produce collagen shield.Its water content was62.1%.After wearing on rabbit eye,its dissolution time was 12 hours to 24 hours.Wearingon rabbit eye for 30 days,we found that corneal epithelium and endothelium were normal.
