摘要
目的:研究氟康唑滴眼液(fluconazoleeyedrops,FCZED)对兔眼实验性烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡的治疗作用。方法:测定FCZED对烟曲霉菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。取105cfu·ml-1烟曲霉菌悬液20μl,接种于兔眼角膜实质层,24h后随机分为4组,2,5g·L-1FCZED;氟康唑静脉注射(FCZiv);生理氯化钠溶液对照,同时进行治疗。治疗结束,每组取4眼角膜,按霉菌总数平板测定法,计测菌落数。结果:FCZED对烟曲霉菌的MIC值为0.125~0.25g·L-1。5g·L-1FCZED治疗烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡与对照相比有显著疗效(P<0.01)。霉菌培养结果,5g·L-1FCZED与对照组相比霉菌计数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:5g·L-1FCZED治疗实验性烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡有效。
BJECTIVE: To study the efficacy of fluconazole eye drops (FCZED) in the treatment of Aspergillus fumigatua corneal ulcer in rabbit. METHODS: The minimal inhibitive concentration(MIC) of FCZED to A. fumigatus was determined.20l of the 105 cfuml-1 A. fumigatus solution was inoculated to rabbit corneal stroma.The rabbits were then randomly divided into four groups and given 2gL-1 or 5gL-1 of FCZED ,FCZ iv,sodium chloride physiological solution(SCPS) respectively.After treatment,4 eyes of cornea in each group were taken,and fungal flating method were used to count cfuml-1. RESULTS: MIC of FCZED to A. fumigatus was 0.1250.25gL-1.The group of 5gL-1 FCZED showed more effective than control group in treating A. fumigatus corneal ulcer (P<0.01) with significant reduction (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: 5gL-1 FCZED appears to be effective in the treatment of A. fumigatus corneal ulcer.
