中国对虾体内20-羟基蜕皮酮含量与生长和性腺发育的关系 被引量:7

Relationship between 20-hydroxyecdysone content and growth and gonad development of Penaeus orientalis

摘要 应用放射免疫分析法对完成变态后的中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)体内20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-HE)含量进行了周年测定。5~6月,全虾抽提液中20-HE的质量分数以体长为0.8cm的仔虾为最高(47.96±3.94)×10^(-9)(m/m)。血淋巴中20-HE的质量浓度在6~8月(平均为22.66ng/mL)和11月(25.93±3.44ng/mL)较高,翌年3月最低,为8.29±1.40ng/mL。呈现出20-HE含量与蜕皮生长和促进卵母细胞早期发育及精子发生有关。 The 20-hydroxyecdysonr(20-HE) content in Penaeus orientalis from postlarvae(0.8cm in body length) to maturation was measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA). From May to June, the content was sampled once a week. The highest mass fraction[(47.96±3.94)×10^(-9)] of 20-HE in Whole-animal extracts was found at the first sampling. Then 20-HE mass fraction decreased significantly(P<0.01) until 20.51×10^(-9) in another four weeks. During this time, the body weight and length of prawn increased rapidly. There was no correlation(P<0.05) between the changes of 20-HE content in whole-animal extracts and the changes of body weight and length.The hemolymph was sampled once a month. The hemolymph 20-HE levels were higher from June to August(22.66ng/mL in average) with the frequent molting and growth, and decreased in September. The hemolymph 20-HE level peaked again in November(25.93±3.44ng/mL) with the spermatogenesis and the early development of oocyte. The lowest level of hemolymph 20-HE was in next March(8.29±1.40ng/mL). From June to next March, a negative significant correlation showed between the changes of hemolymph 20-HE levels and the changes of tody weight(P<0.05) and body length(P<0.05) respectively.
