摘要
将不同浓度,不同剂量的眼柄提取液注射入置于不同色光环境中的日本沼虾体内,研究日本沼虾眼柄神经激素对其色素细胞调节机制。从而对无脊椎动物体色调节机制进行了初步解释。探明了色素细胞对眼柄提取液的最敏感的浓度和剂量,对甲壳动物眼柄神经激素的进一步研究具有重要的方法学意义。
We inject varied densities and quantities of extractions of the shrimps" s eyestalk to the body of shrimps placed in different environments on which different colored lights shine . So that we can study the mechanism through which shrimps" s eyestalk nerve hormone regulates the pigment cell. We take the explanation of the mechanism through which the invertebrate change their body color .Except that, we get the most impressionable densities and quantities of the extractions of the eyestalk which can regulate the pigment cell. This discovery provide a ver~ important method to investigate the evestalk nerve hormone.
