摘要
本实验对异丙基肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌坏死进行了动态病理形态学观察,并应有“多功能图象处理系统”对心肌坏死面积进行定量测量。结果提示了复制大鼠心肌坏死模型的最佳时间以及异丙基肾上腺素对肝、肾组织的影响。
In the experiment. the necrosis of rat cardiac muscle resulted from isoproterenol was dynamically observed in the pathological morphology. Furthermore, a 'multi-function-image-treatment-system' was applied to measure the necrosis areas of cardiac muscle quantitatively. The result suggested the optimum time for the animal model reproduction of cardiac muscle necrosis with injection of isoproterenol in rat and thee influence of isoproterenol on the tissues of the liver and the kid(?)ey.
