硫代乙酰胺致大鼠轻微型肝性脑病模型的建立 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立硫代乙酰胺(TAA)致大鼠轻微型肝性脑病(MHE) 的动物模型. 方法:24只♂SD大鼠随机分为TAA组和正常对照组,各12 只.TAA组应用TAA(每日200mg/kg)隔日是腹腔内注射,共2 次,1 d后行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和门静脉内毒素检测. 结果:TAA组的I波潜伏期为1.52+0.07 ms,显著高于正常对照组的1.29±0.09 ms(P<0.05);TAA组内毒素水平为0.36±0.04 Eu/mL,显著高于正常对照组的0.07±0.02 Eu/mL (P<0.001);若以1.45 ms(正常对照组I波潜伏期均值±1.96 标准差)为正常值,MHE发生率为83.3%(10/12). 结论:TAA致大鼠MHE模型研制成功,适用于MHE实验治疗研究.
