建议将亚临床型肝性脑病更名为轻微型肝性脑病 被引量：12

摘要 亚临床型肝性脑病(SHE)自1978年提出以来,命名尚存争议.有关专家认为SHE和轻微型肝性脑病(MHE)为概念不同的两个术语,前者重在区别“临床肝性脑病”术语,后者则侧重于患者临床症状的轻重,HE范畴应包含从轻微型(MHE,0期)到肝昏迷(Ⅳ期)的不同程度类型,MHE仅为其中一部分;相比之下,SHE概念比较模糊,易被误解为“与HE发病机制不同”的另一种病症.因此,第11届世界胃肠病大会专家小组将SHE更名为MHE.目前国外学者纷纷更名,MHE应用明显增多.
