大鼠轻微型肝性脑病模型的制备及诊断 被引量：7

摘要 迄今轻微型肝性脑病 (MHE)的动物模型尚未建立。本文首次采用小剂量硫代乙酰胺 (TAA ,2 0 0mg/kg体重隔日腹腔内注射 2次 )致鼠急性肝衰竭模型 ,以正常对照组脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)Ⅰ波潜伏期均值± 1 96标准差作为MHE诊断值 ,发现HE、MHE发生率分别为 0 %和 83 3% ,该MHE模型制备成功 。
