摘要
本文就外周血造血干细胞的某些性能作了观察,结果表明:外周血CFU-S的辐射敏感性较低,较能耐受辐射损伤,但GM-CFUc的辐射敏感性与骨髓GM-CFUc相比则相对较高;外周血CFU—S的自杀率数据提示它处于较活跃的增殖状态;外周血CFU—S群体中7~9天亚群和11天后亚群的相对数量与骨髓比较无显著差异,但两个亚群的自我更新能力均较骨髓的为弱。
Distinctive characteristics of hemopoietic stem cells in Peripheral blood were observed. It was found that the sensitivity to radiation of CFU-S in peripheral blood was lower, compared with bone marrow, whereas the sensitivity of GM-CFUc was higher. The result of suicide assay suggested that CFU-S in periperal blood was in an active proliferative manner . There was
no significant difference between the relative number of 7~9 day-subpopula-tion and that of post-11-day-subPopulation, but potential for self renewing of both subPopulatipns was rather weak.
