间充质干细胞的免疫学特性研究及临床应用进展

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一类具有高度自我更新和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,其本身具有低免疫原性和免疫调节功能。正是由于问充质干细胞所具备的这些免疫学特性,使其在免疫抑制、受损组织的修复重建、肿瘤治疗等临床应用方面具有广阔的潜能。本文就MSCs的免疫学特性及在临床应用方面的研究进展做一综述。 Mesenehymal stem cells(MSCs) are a kind of adult stem cells that have the ability of high self-renewal and differentiating into many cell lineages also possess low immunogenicity and immunoregulatory properties. Due to their immunologic properties, MSCs have emerged as a promising tool in clinical application,in cimmunosuppression, repair or regeneration of damaged tissue, oncotherapy. The authors review in this article the current state of immunologic properties of MSCs and their clinical application.
