摘要
本文应用等电聚焦(IEF)电泳首次对细粒棘球绦虫六钩蚴排泄分泌(ES)抗原的蛋白质、糖、脂和酯酶同工酶进行了初步定性分析,并对氨基酸进行了定量定性分析。结果表明,六钩蚴ES抗原至少含有酸性糖蛋白5种、酸性脂蛋白1种、酸性糖脂蛋白1种、酸性单纯蛋白21种,中性单纯蛋白2种、酸性多糖5种,氨基酸17种。本项研究为阐明六钩蚴ES抗原的生化特性积累了资料。
The proteins, polysaccharides, lip ids and esterase isbenzymes of excretory-secretory (ES) antigens of oncosphere, Echinococcus granulosus were analysed by isoelectric focusing (IEF) electrophore-sis for the first time. The results showed that oncospheral ES antigens contain at least 5 acid glyco-proteins, 1 acid lipidprotein, 1 acid glycolipidprotein, 21 acid proteins, 2 neutral proteins, 5 acid polysaccharides, 17 amino-acids.
