N^+离子束对作物种子形态生理的影响——Ⅰ.N^+离子束辐照绿豆种子研究初报

摘要 用N^+离子束(30kev)辐照绿豆种子脐侧表面,经扫描电镜放大拍照观察,发现与对照组有明显不同的表面观。检测染色体组型无异常变化,而过氧化物酶同工酶谱基本相同,仅在胚根部位发生谱带变化,并在胚根长成1cm时制片发现有较多的双核细胞。此种现象CO^(60)诱变中也存在。 Umbilical surface of mung bean sccd exposed to a N^+—beam (30kev) possessed a different appearance under SEM in comparison with that of control. Meanwhile, gel electrophorcsis indicated that the isozymic spectrum of peroxidase in the root was changed by the irradiation, while those in other parts of the seed remained unchanged. Although no striking alterations of karyotype were observcd, a considerable number of dikaryocyte cells were found under optical microscope, which suggested that the N^+—beam could affect the cell skeleton and thus, could have biology effects.
