摘要
目的 检测和分析越南中部京族HLA DQA1等位基因的多态性。方法 应用PCR SSP方法对 2 14名健康、无血缘关系的越南中部京族儿童、青年进行HLA DQA1分型。结果 检出 10个HLA DQA1等位基因 ,频率最高的为DQA1 0 10 4 (2 5 .8% ) ,最低的是DQA1 0 6 0 1(1% )。结论 越南中部京族人的HLA DQA1等位基因分布具有民族特征 ,与中国各民族及泰国人的HLA DQA1等位基因分布有差异。
Objective To analyze HLA-DQA1 polymorphism in Jing nationality of central Vietnam. Methods Applied PCR-SSP tecnique to identify the polymorphism of the HLA-DQA1 alleles of 214 healthy children and youth, unrelated individuals of Jing nationality in centre of Vietnam. Results Ten HLA-DQA1 alleles were found, of which DQA1*0104 were the most common allele with frequency of 25.8%, and lowest frequency is seen in DQA1*0601(1%). Conclusion HLA-DQA1 alleles polymorphism of Jing nationality in central Vietnam has national characteristics and is different from other Chinese and Thais.
