摘要
目的 :探讨髋部和骨盆骨折患者血清中的肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)、粘附分子 - 1(ICAM - 1)的测定值变化与深静脉血栓形成的关系及其临床意义。方法 :本科髋部及骨盆骨折患者 ,根据静脉造影分为血栓组和无血栓组 ,于术前、术后 1天、术后 3天、术后 7天、术后 14天抽清晨肘静脉空腹血 ,测定血清TNF -α、ICAM - 1的含量。结果 :血栓发生组和无血栓发生组TNF -α、ICAM - 1浓度较正常对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :TNF -α、ICAM - 1在严重损伤患者血清中明显升高 ,和静脉血栓形成有关。
Objective:The patients undergoing operation for the fracture of hip or/and pelvis are at risks for venous thromboembolic complication.We measured the level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) to evaluate the relation between cytokine and deep venous thromboses(DVT).Methods:28 patients of fracture of hip or/and pelvis were divided into two groups according to venography.The levels of ICAM-1 were tested with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),while TNF-α were tested with radioimmunoassay at the first day after injury,and 1st,3rd,7th,12th day of postoperative period.Results:We found a marked increase of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in all the patients,and there was significant difference between the patients and normal controls (P<0.01).The level of ICAM-1 in the patients with DVT was significantly higher than those without DVT(P<0.05).Conclusion:These data suggest that TNF-α and ICAM-1 may be involved in the development of thromboembolic disease.
