摘要
目的 提供汉人尸体原位下颌骨测量的各种指标数据 ,为美容医学及法医学在种碎尸案件中寻求汉人颌面骨参考依据。方法 经福尔马林固定成人汉人男性尸体 5 0具 ,使用游标卡尺直接测量下颌角间宽、下颌骨 1 0余项数值 ,并以下颌角间宽来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度及各指标的自身比例 ,进行相关分析。结果 下颌角间宽与其各项指标均呈正相关。下颌体厚度 ^Y =0 .0 5 2 + 0 .1 1 1X ,下颌体高度 ,^Y =1 .5 74+ 0 .30 3X ,下颌支高度 ^Y =7.0 0 4 + 0 .5 91X ,下颌体长度 ^Y =3.62 0 + 0 .80 5X。下颌角厚度 ,^Y =0 .81 5 + 0 .1 4 5X等 ,P均 =0 .0 0 1。结论 采用下颌角间宽来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度及下颌骨各指标对进行性别鉴定及美容。
Objective To provide the very kind of index sign data of Han nation with corpse home position mandible, for making up medical science and forensic medicines to look for in grew ground corpse case Hahn people mandible consults basis.Methods Through formalined male corpse in person's Han people 50 for usage slide gaud Chinese people directly measuring angle of mandible and breadth, mandible more than 10 numbers, the breadth between bilateral angle of mandible to reckonning the depth of zygomatic arch, the length of zygomatic arch and each index signses comparison, proceed the related analysis. Results The breadth between bilateral angle of mandible are related to all various of index sign. Mandible thickness =0.052+0.111X, mandible high degree, = 1.574 +0.303X, is ramus of mandible highly =7.004+0.591X, the length of mandible =3.620+0.805X.Angle of mandible thickness, =0.815+0.145X,and so on,the P=0.001. Conclusion The breadth between bilateral angle of mandible could come to reckoning the depth of zygomatic arch, the length of zygomatic arch and each index sign of mandibles to authenticate and it makes up to the proceeding sex, the compound system made have certain reference value.
