摘要
本文探讨了羟基磷灰石生物活性颌面骨的制备工艺及对其物理性能和生物性能的影响。采用注浆法、热等静压─后烧结等工艺制备出抗折强度高于人体致密骨指标的羟基磷灰石颌面骨。经动物实验及X─射线衍射、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜等测试手段的研究,证实该材料具有满足于医学临床应用的力学性能与生物性能。材料易与生体硬组织形成紧密骨结合,临床效果满意。
The preparation techniques of hydroxyapatite bioactive maxillofacialbone and the influence on its physical and biological properties were studied.Hydroxyapatite maxillofacial bone with greater transverse strength than that ofcompact bone of human body were made by slip-casting and HIP post-sintering.From the data of animal experiment, XRD,fluorescence microscope and SEM, it is provedthat the physical and biological properties of the material are satisfactory for theclinical practice. This-material can form a close bone combination with hard tissue inorganism, and a satisfactory result has been reported in clinical practice.
