摘要
报道了新型固体超强酸Fe2 O3 /S2 O2 -8催化剂的制备及其催化合成缩酮的研究工作 ,探讨了Fe2 O3 /S2 O2 -8的制备方法和合成缩酮的反应条件。结果表明 :酮 (醛 ) 117mmol,苯为带水剂 ,催化剂Fe2 O3 /S2 O2 -8用量为原料总质量的 8.4 % ,酮醇摩尔比为 1.0∶3.0 ,回流反应时间为 4h ,缩酮平均产率高达 95 .5 %。
The new solid superacid, Fe 2O 3/S 2O 2-8, was prepared and the ketals were synthesized from binary alcohol and ketones(or aldehydes) using the solid superacid as a catalyst. The preparation conditions of the solid superacid and the reaction conditions of the ketals was studied. The results showed that the ketone was taken 117mmol, the catalyst Fe 2O 3/S 2O 2- 8 was used 8.4% of the materials mass, the mole ratio of ketone and binary alcohol was 1.0 ∶3.0, refluxing time was for 4h and benzene was used 5mL. The average yield of ketal was up to 95.5%.
