南海海绵Dysidea sp.的化学成分研究 被引量:10

摘要 从我国南海陵水地区采集的一种未定种海绵Dysideasp .中首次分离到 7个化合物 ,经MS ,NMR等光谱技术 ,确定了结构分别为胆固醇 (1) ,过氧化麦角甾醇 (2 ) ,cholest 7 en 9α ,11α epoxy 3β ,5α ,6 β ,19 tetraol 6 monoacetate(3) ,甲基尿嘧啶 (4 ) ,尿嘧啶 (5 ) ,甲基尿嘧啶脱氧核糖核苷 (6 ) ,尿嘧啶脱氧核糖核苷 (7)。其中化合物 3的1HNMR和13 CNMR数据通过二维NMR实验首次得到了全归属。 Seven known compounds have been isolated from the Dysidea sp. collected from the South China Sea. Their chemical structures have been identified by spectral methods as cholesterol (1),ergosterol peroxide (2),cholest-7-en-9α,11α-epoxy-3β,5α,6β,19-tetraol-6-monoacetate (3),thymine (4),uracil (5),thymine 2-desoxyriboside (6) and uracil 2-desoxyriboside (7) respectively. The data of 13C NMR of compound 3 was firstly given and the complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR of 3 were achieved.
