摘要
目的为了探索中国南海红树林生态系统中代谢产物的结构多样性及其生物活性,对半红树植物水黄皮树干乙醇提取物低极性部位进行了初步的化学成分研究。方法采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,波谱方法结合文献对照鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别是Isopongaglabol(Ⅰ)、Pongaglabol methylether(Ⅱ)、水黄皮异黄酮素(Ⅲ)、水黄皮根素(Ⅳ)、7-甲氧基异黄酮(Ⅴ)、过氧化麦角甾醇(Ⅵ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅶ),白桦脂酸(Ⅷ),11α-羟基-β-香树脂醇(Ⅸ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ)。结论其中化合物Ⅴ为新天然产物,化合物Ⅶ和Ⅹ对几种肿瘤细胞靶蛋白酶表现出抑制活性。
Objective To investigate the chemical and biological activity diversity of mangrove ecosystem in the South China Sea. Method Classic chromatography including HPLC was used for the isolation and purification of compounds; The structures were determined on the basis of MS, ^1H-NMR, ^13 C-NMR and 2DNMR spectroscopic analyses and comparison with the literatures. Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified from the semi-mangrove plant Pongamia pinnata, as Isopongaglabol ( Ⅰ ), Pongaglabol methyl ether ( Ⅱ ), Gamatin ( Ⅲ ), Pinnatin (Ⅳ), 7-Methoxy isoflavone ( Ⅴ ), Ergosterol peroxide (Ⅵ), Lupeol (Ⅶ), Betulonic acid (Ⅷ), 11α-Hydroxy-β-amyrin (Ⅸ) and β-sitosterol ( Ⅹ ). Conclusion Compound V was identified as new natural product; compounds Ⅶ and Ⅹ showed having inhibition on the growth of some proteins related to tumor .
