摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定妇炎康复胶囊中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(19:81)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长283nm;柱温30℃。结果:橙皮苷在0.099～1.775μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.95%,RSD为1.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、重现性好、简便、易行,可用于妇炎康复胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Fuyan kangfu Capsules.METHODS：The determination of samples was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） chromatographic column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（19：81） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The detective wavelength was set at 283 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30℃.RESULTS：The linear range of hesperidin was 0.099 ～ 1.775 μg（r = 0.999 9,n = 6） and the average recovery was 98.95%（RSD = 1.21%,n = 6）.CONCLUSION：The method developed in this study is accurate,reproducible,simple and feasible,and thus can used for the quality control of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules.
