围绕科研在高等教育中的重要性,论述了人才培养与科研和教师、教学与科研的相互关系以及科研支撑学科建设发展的作用。
This essay discusses the importance of academic study in higher education, the relationship of personnel train-
ing and academic study, teachers or teaching and academic study. The function of academic study in supporting subject
construction and development is also discussed in this paper.
