摘要
在高等教育发展中,教学与科研是两个重要的功能,不能偏废一方。然而,由于科研对教师个人经济利益和学校社会地位有着更为明显和更加直接的影响,导致部分高校、教师表现出重科研轻教学的倾向。为了调整科研与教学的关系,促进两者协调发展,我们应把教学与科研的评价统一起来,实现教学科研评价的一体化,促使高等教育健康发展。
The impartation of teaching and scientific research go hand in hand in the development of tertiary education; one cannot be stressed at the expense of the other. However, as scientific research has a more obvious and direct impact on the teacher's personal financial benefit and acadenffc social status, certain colleges and teachers have begun to lean towards scientific research. In order to address tiffs imbalance, and to foster the eoordinated development of teaehing and scientifie research, we should unify their appraisal. An integrated appraisal system for teaching and scientifie research would certainly help in the healthy development of tertiary education.
