摘要
专业实习是当今高等院校教育教学计划中的重要组成部分,也是学生在大学期间所必须经历的一个过程。尤其对于旅游管理这种操作性很强的专业来说,实习过程对实习生、企业和学校都起着举足轻重的作用。本文以忻州师范学院旅游管理专业学生的酒店实习情况为依据,总结了本校学生在酒店实习中取得的成果,并分析了酒店实习中出现的问题,提出相应解决问题的对策,以便为以后旅游管理专业学生的酒店实习工作提供帮助。
The professional practice in modem higher institutions is not only an important part of the teaching plan, but also is a neces- sary process to the students in university period. The process is of vital importance for students, enterprise and university, especially to the tourism management which has the strong operation. Based on the fact of the tourism management students of Xinzhou Teachers uni- versity in hotel practice, summarize the hotel practice results, analyze problems often in the hotel practice, and put forward the corre- sponding countermeasures to solve the problems, aiming at providing some help for tourism management students in hotel practice.
