杂草稻种质资源农艺性状的主成分及聚类分析 被引量:28

Cluster analysis of weedy rice based on agronomic traits

摘要 对韩国34份杂草稻种质资源株高、有效穗、穗颈长、穗长、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重、全生育期等8个农艺性状进行主成分及聚类分析,选出特征根累计贡献率为88.071%的前4个主成分;在主成分的基础上,对34份韩国杂草稻种质资源进行了系统聚类分析,在欧氏距离的水平上将其划分成4大类群:第1类群属于早熟、矮秆、小穗多穗型;第2类群属于晚熟、高秆、大穗型;第3类群属于晚熟、高秆、少穗型;第4类群属于适熟、中秆、多穗型。 Total of 34 accessions of weedy rice from difference countries were analyzed with data from 8 agronomic traits. With those data, four principle elements were obtained, which contributed variance over 88.071%. Based on the principle elements, the weedy rice were clustered into 4 groups. One had early heading date with short stem and small panicles with less grain number. The second had high stem and large panicles but long growing duration. The third was similar to the second group but with less number of panicles. The fourth group had middle stem with large number of panicles.
