摘要
用SDS-PAGE分析了251份我国秋播麦区主栽品种和高代品系的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基和低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基构成。结果表明,Glu-A1位点有2、1和N3种等位变异,Glu-B1位点有9种等位变异,即17+18、14+15、7+8、7+8、7+9、13+16、6+8、20和7,Glu-D1位点有4种等位变异,即5+10、2+12、3+12和4+12,Glu-A3位点有5种等位变异,即GluA3d、GluA3b、GluA3c、GluA3a和CluA3e,Glu-B3位点有8种等位变异,即GluB3d、GluB3b、GluB3b’、GluB3a、GluB3h、GluB3f、GluB3g和GluB3j。品质较差的HMW-GSN、7+9、2+12和LMW-GS GIuA3a与GluB3j(1BL/1RS)在我国秋播麦区分布较广,频率分别为39.4%、45.0%、59.8%、37.1%和44.6%;优质HMW-GS 14+15和5+10,以及优质LMW-GS GluB3d和GluB3g的频率较低,分别为1.6%、24.7%、20.7%和0.8%。劣质HMW-GS和LMW-GS的频率较高是我国小麦面筋品质差的主要原因。
The composition of high molecular weight glutenin subunits and low molecular weight glutenin subunits in a collection of 251 Chinese wheat cultivars and advanced lines from Autumn-sown Wheat Zones in China was screened by using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) . Three types were detected on Glu-A1, which were 2, 1 and null. Nine types were detected on Glu-B1, which were 17+18, 14+15, 7+8, 7+8, 7+9, 13+ 16, 6+8, 20 and 7. Four types were detected on Clu-DJ, which were 5+10, 2+12, 3+12 and 4+12. Five types were detected on Glu桝3, which were GluA3d, GluA3b, GluA3c, GluA3a and GluA3e. Eight types were detected on Glu桞3, which were GluB3d, GluB3b, GluB3b', GluB3a, GluB3h, GluB3f, GluB3g and GluB3j. The frequency of the most common HMW-GS of Null, 7+9, 2+12, and LMW-GS of GluA 3a and GluB3j which were associated with poor quality was 39.4%, 45.0%, 59.8%, 37.1% and 44.6%, respectively. The frequency of superior HMW-GS of 14+15 and 5+10, and the LMW-GS of GluB3d and GluB3g were 1.6%, 24.7%, 20.7 % and 0.8%, respectively. The high frequency of inferior HMW-GS and LMW-GS were the principal reasons for the weak gluten quality in Chinese wheat.
