摘要
目的 :比较喜普妙与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效及副反应 .方法 :对符合CCMD-Ⅲ广泛性焦虑诊断标准的病人 ,随机分成喜普妙治疗组和阿普唑仑治疗组 ,治疗 6周 ,用汉密顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表、临床疗效 4级评定标准和药物副反应量表 ,评定疗效和和药物的不良反应 .结果 :喜普妙与阿普唑仑疗效相当 ,起效快 ,没有严重的副反应和成隐性 .结论 :喜普妙治疗广泛性焦虑疗效好 ,副反应轻 ,患者服药依从性好 .
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and the side effects of cipramil and alprazolam in the treatment of general anxiety disorder .Method: patients who met CCMD-Ⅲ criteria for general anxiety disorder were involved in this,they were randomly assigned to cipramil group and alprazolam group for six weeks,Effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale and treatment emergent symptoms scale before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in cipramil group was similar to that in alprazolam.cipramil effect is fast.Cipramil bad fewer side effects and addiction. Conclusion:Cipramil is effective in the treatment of general anxiety disorder and produces fewer side effects.
