摘要
秦地传统资源丰富,但其利用和保护现状不容乐观,因此在适用法律上应当以已有的知识产权制度、专门法律制度以及其他法律制度为综合依据,加强利用并保护传统资源,这有利于弘扬光大中华文明,促进科学技术和文化艺术的创新,进而推动社会的进步。
Shaanxi Province is rich in the traditional resources,but we should attach importance to their utilization and the present situation of their protection. We can utilize the current systems of the intellectual property,specific laws and other laws as the comprehensive basis in application of law.Utilizing and protecting traditional resources can help and carry forward Chinese civilization, promote science and technology and the innovations of cultural art,and benefit the progress of the society.
