摘要
保护知识产权就是保护人才,引进高素质人才和高水平技术是西部知识产权保护问题重点中的重点。分析西部专利申请总量、审批总量、人均持有增长率等,以及商标注册总量、人均注册量、人均注册增长率等方面与东部和全国的差距,为解决西部知识产权面临的问题提供依据。
The protection of intellectual property, the introduction of excellent talents and high level technology are the most important issues.We can come up with the specific measures through analyzing the present conditions of the intellectual property protection in western regions and characteristics of infringement.We can find out the gap between the western regions and eastern or the whole country by analyzing the amount of the patent analyzing,the quantity of patent validating,the increasing rate of per capita holds,and the trademarks,so as to come up with the specific measures to the facing problems.
