摘要
冲程损失是影响泵效的一个重要因素 ,计算泵效时 ,常规的方法只考虑由静载荷和最大惯性载荷引起的冲程损失 ,而没有考虑振动载荷对冲程损失的影响。在对悬点运动规律分析的基础上 ,提出了一种计算抽油杆柱振动位移及考虑抽油杆柱上加速度分布后惯性载荷引起的附加柱塞冲程的方法。实例计算结果表明 ,计算所得的附加柱塞冲程是不可忽略的 ,在对有杆泵井参数优化设计及有杆泵井的诊断分析时 ,可以采用该方法。
Loss of stroke is one of the important factors affecting the pumping efficiency. When the routine calculation method was used to calculate the pumping efficiency before, the stroke loss was only considered to be resulted from the static load and the inertial polished force, while the vibration load was not considered seriously. The characteristic behaviors of the polished rod was analyzed, and then a new method for calculating additional loss of stroke caused by vibration load was presented, in consideration of the vibration displacement in sucker rod string and the acceleration distribution on the rod string. The case calculation shows that the additional loss of stroke caused by vibration load is great and impossible to be neglected. The exemplification shows that the new calculation method can be used in system diagnosis and parameter optimization of oil well with sucker rod pump, and the diagnosis accuracy and calculation precision can be improved obviously.
