摘要
目的:解决目前游梁式抽油机平衡重调节的复杂计算问题。方法:从游梁式抽油机平衡的基本原理出发,推导出平衡重调节的简易计算公式。结果:以濮2-28井的CYJ12-4.8-73HB型抽油机为例,利用驴头悬点上、下冲程测得的电流和SG7示动诊断仪测得示功图中的参数计算并调整了平衡重的位置。结论:该方法计算简单,便于现场应用。
Based on the general theory of counterbalance of beam pumping unit, the paper induces a sim-ple formular for adjusting it. The author used P2-528 well as a sample, which has a pumping unit typed as CYJ12-4. 8-73HB. The place of counterbalance is calculated based on the parameters of the peak current during upstroke and downstroke, and the dynamometer card by SG7 diagnose dynamometer. This method has solved the complicated problems that adjusting the counterbalance.
