摘要 该文概述植物甾醇的重要生理功能及其在医药、食品、化妆品、农业等领域中应用,并展望植物 甾醇发展前景。 This thesis rewiewed the important functions of phytosterol and its applications in many fields such as medicine, food, cosmetic and agriculture, prospect of phytosterol development.
