摘要
本文论述了用气相色谱法对新型饲料添加剂富马酸二甲酯的分离分析,以OV-101为固定相,用热导池作检测器,选用内标法定量。本方法适用于富马酸二甲酯合成时的监控分析及饲料中该酯含量的检测。
This is a method of separating and anali-zing the new feed additive fumaric acid dimethyl ester by GC. OV-101 is employed as stationary phase and thermal conductivity detector, and quantified by way of interior label. The method is high-speed and accurate. It is applicable to monitoring analysis when the fumaric acid dimethyl ester is compounded and determines the product's quality or check up the content of the ester.
