摘要
用防霉剂富马酸二甲酯和富马酸二丁酯与其它防菌剂及促生剂复配制成促生灭菌剂(以下简称促灭剂).用不同剂量的促灭剂在生料栽培中对平菇的抗杂菌污染力、菌丝生长速度和品质、鲜菇的产量及商品性状等方面的影响进行了试验和分析.研究结果表明,其中促灭剂MBX3、MBX7、MB1、MB2、MB3试样感染率为零,而且它们可使生料栽培的平菇的生物学效率比对照组多菌灵提高4248%,并使生产周期分别缩短5d和9d.研制并筛选出的促灭剂为平菇生料栽培提供了一条可供选择的有效途径.
The method of cultivating edible agaric was studied by ten somatotrophic sterilizing agents containing dimethyl fumarate and diethyl fumarate.Antimycoltic activity,hypha growth velocity,yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus in raw material culture were tested by means of changing concentration of somatotrophic sterilizing agents.The result showed that infection rate of test sample was zero using MBX 3,MBX 7,MB 1,MB 2 and MB 3,biotransformation rate of edible agaric raised 42%~48% compared with carbendazim and production period was shortened five days and nine days respectively.
