摘要
选用生育期相近而穗型不同的水稻品种4个,进行完全双列杂交,F0、F1、F2同年同月种植,灌浆中后期测定各世代植株颈穗弯曲度。结果表明:水稻穗型遗传受一对核主效基因控制,同时有微效基因参与作用,直立穗型相对于弯曲穗型为显性。
Select four rice which have similar bearing period but different fringe to hybridize complete, F0, F1, F2 are planted at the same time, determine the fringe`s camber of different generation at the late grouting period. The result indicate that rice fringe is cortroled by the main nucleus gene, at the same time the subminiature gene has the effect, the erect fringe is the explicit to the tortuous fringe.
