摘要
对水稻穗型遗传研究中的某些方法问题进行了讨论，认为对穗弯角的测定应选择合适的测定标准和测定时间，并逐株挂牌跟踪测定，这是穗型遗传研究结果精确可靠的基础和前提；穗型性状应属质量－数量性状．其遗传分析以采用极大似然法较为精确；此外，还对穗型基因的多样性和多效性进行了讨论。
Some methods in genetic studies on rice panicle type are disscussed. It shows that the curve digree of panicle should be measared in proper time and standard by following every marked plant. The character of panicle type is qualitative-quantitative trait. The maximum likelihood method is more accuratly in genetic anlysis. Gene diversity and gene more efficiency are discussed in this paper as well.
