摘要
心理契约的本质是现代组织及其成员对无形的心理内容的一系列期望。近年来国外对其的研究,打破了传统的人力资源管理方式。把心理契约的概念引进高校人力资源管理,探讨高校教师的心理契约具有十分重要的现实意义,心理契约的构建贯穿于高校人力资源管理的各个环节,尤其要重视人员招聘方法,做好科学的职业生涯管理,营造良好的工作环境。
The essence of psychology contract is modern organization and its members' expectation of bodiless psychology. In the recent years, foreign study broke traditional human resource management modes. The article introduces the concept of psychology contract in the human resource of universities and colleges, discusses the realistic meaning of psychology contract of universities' teachers. The construction of psychology contract runs through every part of the human resource of universities and colleges, so we should value the methods, especially in the way of recruitment and carry out scientific vocational management to build up good working environment.
