摘要
高校教师是有特定专门知识和技能、从事教育事业的高层次人力资源。品质优秀的教师资源是社会可持续发展的动力和潜力。鉴于高校教师工作的特殊性,文章旨在分析高校教师工作的特征,探讨教师知识资源的开发路径。
University teachers are higher-qualified human-resource, who have special knowledge and skill, playing a very important role in the continuous development of our society. The paper starts with the investigation and analysis of the features of the university teachers' work, analyzing the existing problems, and trying to set up an effective mechanism to develop university teachers' knowledge by adopting a series of motivation measures so as to stimulate the creativity of all the university teachers.
