摘要
人力资源不同于其他资源 ,可以任凭摆布 ,而是具有独特性 ,如人身依附性、不可压榨性 ,不可剥夺、不可没收 ,以及具有价值创造的冲动等特性。而高校教师是一个高知群体 ,其人力资源含量比较高 ,其工作特点在人力资源特性的表现上更突出。
Human resource is quite different from other resources manipulated arbitrarily, which has its speciality, such as personal adherence, and high creativity. what's more, high education instructor is a special colony with rich knowledge, who influence on the development of the sociality deeply. The management model of the high education instructor through the speciality analysis of the human resource is discussed.
