摘要
目的 探讨肠易激综合征 (IBS)患者出现心率变异性的可能性。方法 采用动态心电图时域、频域分析方法 ,自动计算出 5 0例IBS患者和 30例健康者心率变异性各指标的变化。结果 IBS患者 2 4小时时域指标相邻正常R R间期的标准差、每 5分钟R R间期平均值的标准差、每 5分钟R R间期标准差的平均值明显降低 ;相邻正常R R间期差值的均方根、相邻R R间期差值 >5 0ms的窦性个数占心搏总数的百分比、频域指标高频均明显增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肠易激综合征患者其心率变异性明显异常 ,二者有密切的关系。
Objective To study the relationship between irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) and heart rate variability(HRV). Methods HRV was calculated for 50 IBS patients and 30 normal controls by using 24 hour dynamic electrocardiography time and frequency domain analysis, and then statistical analysis was performed. Results Comparing with control group, the parameters of 24 hour standard deviation of all normal to normal R-R intervals(SDNN), standard deviation of all mean 5 minute R-R intervals(SDANN), mean of the standard deviation of all NN intervals for all 5 minute segments of 24 hour(SDNN index) in the IBS patients reduced. The root mean square of successive differences between adjacent normal cycles(RMSSD), percent of NN 50 in the total number of NN intervals(PNN 50) and high frequency increased significantly (P< 0.05). Conclusion HRV of the IBS patients was obviously abnormal, which suggests a close relationship between IBS and HRV.
