摘要
本实验以西芹作为测试样品 ,使用无水乙醇为提取剂 ,对不同提取条件下西芹样品中的黄酮物质的提取量进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,按西芹鲜重与提取剂的比例 (w/v) 1:2 ,在 80℃下回流提取 2~ 4h ,西芹样中的黄酮物质被提取的量较多 ,提取效果较好 ;叶绿素不会对黄酮的测定产生影响 ,但去除叶绿素后可以改善黄酮物质的提取率。
The article reports the research on the extractions of flavonoids from celery with alcohol. The optimum parameter is as follow: the proportion between wet celery and alcohol(w/v)was 1:2;and then it was refluxed for 2~4h at 80℃.Chlorophyll could not interfere the detection of flavones in celery with spectrophotometry. The extraction ratio of flavonoid could be improved when chlorophyll in celery was got rid of.
