摘要
对滴状冷凝的形成机理及冷凝传热表面的改性方法、效果等进行了综述。通过比较指出:滴膜共存冷凝机理具有合理性,等离子体技术在冷凝表面改性上具有巨大的应用潜力。基于分子自组装技术、纳米颗粒技术、化学复合镀技术、仿生技术等在冷凝表面改性方面的研究,提出了确定等离子体表面改性最佳工艺条件,有机蒸汽的滴状冷凝是今后冷凝表面改性的主要研究方向。
A review of dropwise condensation mechanism and heat transfer surface modification was presented. The droplets and film coexisting condensation mechanism was the reasonable one by contrast. The plasma technique had a potential application in modifying solid surface to promote dropwise condensation. The further study should focus on the determination of the best technological conditions of the plasma surface modification based on the organic vapor dropwise condensation and introduction of molecular self-assembled, nanometer and bionics technology to the field of condensation surface modification.
