摘要
本文从吸附的观点出发给出了滴状冷凝过程中液滴的生成机制。滴状冷凝过程中,液滴之间的金属表面上始终存在着一层极薄的冷凝液膜,该薄液膜是冷凝传热的主要通道。在薄液膜上存在着若干成核的中心成为排液的主要方式,采用计算机辅助薄膜厚度测定数字系统,利用反射光谱法对液滴与液膜的共存现象进行了实验验证。
The mechanism of droplets formation during the dropwise condensation has been analysed from the basic viewpoint of adsorption theory. It is proposed that a film of condensate exists on the area between two droplets the film of condensate still exists at the spots of departed droplets.With the computerized thin film thickness measurment system for selected small areas, the area between droplets and the spots of departed droplets are studied experimentally by reflectomce spectrum method. The results show that the proposed mechanism is correct.
