摘要
低温等离子体处理的材料可获得持久的表面改性 ,可提高材料的粘附性、吸湿性、吸附性、导电性和生物相容性等。介绍了低温等离子体的产生、作用机理及低温等离子体技术在化工中的应用及发展前景。远程等离子体处理是实现工业化和获得更好的等离子体表面改性的新方法。
Materials treated by low temperature plasma can obtain permanent surface modifications such as raising the properties of adhesion, wettability, adsorption, conductivity, biocompatibility etc. The occurrence , reaction mechanism , applications in chemical industry and future prospect of low temperature plasma are introduced. The remote distant treatment of plasma is believed as a new method to accomplish industrial application and better surface modification.
