摘要
目的 研究犬弹片伤复合烧伤海水浸泡后血液流变学的影响。方法 成功建立海水浸泡弹片伤复合烧伤 (简称弹烧复合伤 )模型后 ,依模型将 1 5只成年杂种犬随机分为单纯弹烧复合伤组 (简称非浸泡组 7只 )和海水浸泡弹烧复合伤组 (简称浸泡组 8只 ) ,动态监测伤前、伤后 4、7、1 0、2 0、2 8小时共 6个时相点血液流变学变化。结果 (1 )两组动物血浆粘度与伤前比较变化均不明显 ;全血粘度浸泡组伤后较非浸泡组增高明显 ;(2 )两组伤后血球压积均较伤前增高 ,在早期两组间相差不明显 ,但在致伤 2 0小时后浸泡组明显高于非浸泡组 ;(3)红细胞聚集性浸泡组伤后增高更明显 ,而红细胞变形性下降更显著。结论 海水浸泡明显加重血液流变学紊乱 ,由此进一步加重微循环障碍 ,从而进一步加重海水浸泡弹烧复合伤动物伤情 ,致死亡时间提前 。
Objective To observe the hemorheological effects of projectile burn combined wound in dogs with seawater immersion. Methods After creation of model of projectile burn combined wound in dogs with seawater immersion,fifteen dogs were randomly divided into two groups:projectile burn combined wound only(non immersion group),projectile burn combined wound with seawater immersion(immersion group). The changes of hemorheologics were recorded before injury,and 4,7,10,20,28h after injury. Results (1) There was no significant change of plasma viscousity between two groups as compared to pre wound value. Whole blood viscousity increased significantly in immersion wound group was compared with non immersion wound group; (2) Hematocrit(Hct) count of two groups increased significantly,there was no obvious difference between the two groups,but it was significantly higher in immersion group than in non immersion group 20h after injury; (3) Aggregation of erythrocytes was enhanced in immersion group as compared to non immersion group,and deformability of erythrocyte decreased very significantly. Conclusion Seawater immersion can aggrevate hemorheologics severely. Hemorheologics derangements can cause deterioration of microcirculation,and lead to high mortality and early death of the animal.
