模拟失重时兔血液流变学变化 被引量:4

CHANGES OF BLOOD RHEOLOGY DURING SIMULATED WEIGHTLESSNESS IN RABBITS

摘要 本文用家兔10只,在头低位-20度低动力限制活动15天实验中,测定了全血粘度(两种切变率)、血浆粘度、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数、复钙凝血时间、凝血过程粘度上升率、血小板、纤维蛋白元含量等9项流变学指标.用显微电视法测量微血管变化,并记录兔在实验期间行为反应。实验得出了兔在实验过程中血液流变性的适应曲线,即实验第二天出现血液流变学5项指标的明显改变,第八天达到最高峰,第十五天时已基本适应,指标回复到对照水平。文章着重讨论了模拟失重时血液流变学变化规律,及与微循环变化的关系。提出了血液流变学变化特征对航天医学研究的意义。 Rabbits were confined in special cages in -20° head down position for 15 days. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, red cells aggregation index, blood coagulation time, rate of changes of viscosity during coagulation(dη/dt), and fibrinogen content were determined using. Contraves LS-30 rotational viscometer and HAAKE RV100 / CV100 rheometer. Microvessels were observed with a microscopic television at the same time. Rabbits behavior were also observed. Changes of the various parameters became apparent on the 2nd day and reached their peaks on the 8th day. All the parameters recoverde to their control levels on the 15th day. Thus a complete adaptation curve of rabbits blood rheology wad obtained. The pattern profile of changes of blood rheology and the relation with microcirculation changes in rabbits during simulated weightlessness is discussed, and their application in space medical research is suggested.
