寒冷应激对大鼠血清髓鞘碱性蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨寒冷应激后,大鼠血清髓鞘碱性蛋白的变化。方法24只大鼠随机分为正常对照组-、20℃2小时组和-20℃4小时组3组,后两组大鼠置于-20℃冰箱中2小时和4小时后,抽血分离血清,采用EL ISA双抗夹心法测定血清髓鞘碱性蛋白含量。结果髓鞘碱性蛋白-20℃4小时组较常温组明显增高(P<0.01);-20℃2小时与常温对照组相比虽有增高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论较长时间寒冷应激可引起血清髓鞘碱性蛋白明显增高,提示寒冷应激可以造成中枢神经系统损害。 Objective To investigate the changes of the myelinbasic protein(MBP) level in rats after cold-stress. Methods Twenty-four rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: normal control group,-20℃ 2h group and -20℃ 4h group. The later two groups rats were stayed in icebox (-20℃) for 2 hours and 4 hours, respectively, then blood samples were collected immediately after cold-stress. The serum level of BMP was measured by ELISA. Results The serum level of BMP in -20℃ 4h group was higher signlfieantly than that in normal control group(P〈0.01); the serum level of BMP in -20℃ 2h group was slightly higher than that in normal control group, but no statistically significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The serum level of BMP will elevate strikingly after long time of cold stress, suggesting that prolonged cold stress may induce central nervous system damage.
