摘要 研究了用米曲霉W10和啤酒工业的废酵母泥固体发酵啤酒废渣生产多酶蛋白饲料添加剂.在最适温度30~35℃范围和培养基初始含水量66%时,粗蛋白含量增加20%~25%,β 葡聚糖酶、酸性蛋白酶和纤维素酶最高分别为14000U/g、7000U/g和2000U/g,提高了啤酒废渣的利用价值. Production of fodder additiver of multi-enzyme protein was studied using beer industry waste with Asp.oryzae W_(10) and yeast mudcake from beer industry by solid state fermentation.At the optimal temperature 30℃~35℃ and initial moisture content of the medium 66%,increase of crude protein content was 20%~25%, β-glucosanase activity 14000u/g, acid protease activity 7000 U/g,cellulase activity 2000 U/g, The value of the beer industry waste is raised.
