摘要
以过60目筛的苹果渣作为液态发酵原料,添加12倍的水分和质量分数4%的蔗糖,深层发酵24 h后,以0.3 mL/g底物的量接入固态培养体系,发酵72 h即可达到理想效果。产物中粗蛋白和真蛋白质量分数分别从16.28%、10.02%提高到29.08%和26.63%,而粗纤维素则由16.68%降低到10.32%,且氨基酸丰富、组成合理,符合国家饲料卫生标准要求,完全可作为蛋白饲料广泛应用于养殖领域。研究表明,液固态发酵明显优于单独固态发酵,适合工业化生产。
Feeding protein production from apple pomace by liquid-solid state fermentation (LSSF) was studied. The dried apple pomace ≤ 60# diameter was fermented for 24 h at liquid state by adding 12 times water and 4% sucrose, then transferred into solid state system with 0.3 mL/g substrate, and turned into products after 72 h fermenting. The result shows that the mass fraction of crude protein and real protein in fermented products reaches 29.08% and 26.63% from 16.28% and 10.02% respectively, while crude cellulose reduces to 10.32% from 16.68 %. Amino acids are abundant and reasonable in composition. Feed protein products are complied with State Standard of feed hygiene and can be used in livestock breeding widely. LSSF is better than solid state fermentation (SSF) and suits to be used in commercial process.
